    • Unlimited amount of records & active timers
    • Add in records manually (setting start time, end time, tag and note)

  • Sync Your Records
    • All your records are stored online ,and available on any of your personal iOS, macOS or web enabled devices

    • Access your timers, records, tags and categories from any modern web browser.

  • Dashboard / Insights
    • Charts & graphs of your time data. Shows % of your time for tags/categories, as well as averages.
    • Create your own charts and graphs, and save them to a PDF report
  • Location-Enabled Timers
    • Start, stop and queue up timers automatically based on your location.
    • When you arrive, TimeTag can automatically start or queue up your timers for you to start & stop.
    • When you leave, TimeTag can stop your timers for you. Or send you a notification that they are still running.
  • Import from your calendar
    • Import records from your device's calendar. Calendars become categories, and event names become tags. You can select which calendars you want to import from, and specifically choose which events you'd like to save to your TimeTag app.

    • Turn on/off columns in the exported report, and re-arrange them.

    • As a manager or owner of a team, view all of your team's records coming in as they occur (real-time reports)
    • Export all your team's records to CSV
  • Team based Tags/Categories
    • Create tags and categories that belong to the Team that become visible to all the team members.
      • When timers are started for these tags, they become available to the managers/owners.
    • Employees can continue to use TimeTag personally without sharing everything.
